  I have been a member of CrossFit 513 United for the past 2.5 years. The quality of this affiliate and the expertise of its coaches is demonstrated in their response to the pandemic we are all currently navigating. The coaches quickly pivoted the programming to effective at home workouts and virtual classes that not only provide the same high quality fitness we are all are used to from them everyday, but they also continue to build the community and accountability that really sets 513 apart. My quarantine experience would not be bearable without being a member here.
  
  I highly recommend CrossFit 513 United to anyone on any part of their wellness journey. I always feel like the experience is customized for me and get a bit fitter everyday. Thanks Patrick and Coaches!

  I love Patrick and Sarah and all of the coaches at Findlay Movement! They are so technical and I see improvement whenever they work with me. The members are so welcoming! I love working out here!

  In town for a work meeting, and extremely pleased I decided to drop in at 513 United. There are many options to choose from while in a large city, and I am confident I made the right choice. Patrick, the owner, and all the members were extremely welcoming and friendly. The warmpup and programming made me feel right at home. Coming from a wonderful CF community already, it is great to see other thriving gyms that allow someone just starting out to feel as comfortable as seasoned veteran. Great coaching, great workout, great community.

  I was in town for a conference and had the pleasure of dropping into CF 513 United for a few classes and I could not have been happier with my experience. Pat and Sarah have a great community of coaches and members that are as good as I have experienced in the country. If you are either just starting - regardless of age or fitness level - or an avid cross-fitter , head over to CF 513 United for a great experience, great coaches, and an awesome community! I could not recommend them high enough and can't wait to drop in again the next time I'm in Cincy.

  Absolutely great gym, im a big guy who is quiet, doesnt post or comment alot, and definitely have my own insecurities but the staff and people in this gym have built a beautiful culture, everyone is always so very friendly so happy to just be there. Without it im not sure if i would of made it this far it really takes a net of great people to facilitate the courage to take these steps in a fitness journey, i cant show how happy i really am to be here ive made so many friends and its become home for me. Highly reccomend to anyone new or experienced to stop out and just try this place once, you’ll love it.

  I absolutely love this gym. I’ve been to many different gyms and this gym is my favorite by far. The equipment is always kept up and the facility is very clean. The staff are kind and always ready to help answer any questions you have regarding your membership, the space, form questions, etc. I highly suggest trying it out for the free seven days to check it out and then join us! Oh, and the spin class is the BEST in town!

  I joined this gym a few months ago and couldn’t have had a better experience! Dawn was wonderful in getting me started and showing me around. The environment is friendly, welcoming and I have never felt more comfortable at a gym. 10/10 would recommend!!

  The great thing about having a membership is that you can stop at any of the gyms near you area, while visiting family
